They are both 3 Bedroom Double Parlor apartments. The kitchens are updated and the apartments are de-leaded. Also, both units feature a natural gas forced hot air heating system. This system allows even distribution of heat throughout the apartment during the cold winter months. A refrigerator and gas stove are also included in both units.
Cats may be allowed (subject to landlord approval).
Off street parking is not included. There is a coin operated washer and dryer available for use in the basement.
First and Last month’s rent are required to move in to either apartment. Tenant will be subject to a screening process prior to determine eligibility.

The fireplace in the living room looks so modern. Just remember to ask for the chimney cleaners every quarter in order to keep it from functioning well.
