I have 2 units currently available for rent at 506 June St. Fall River, MA.
There is a studio apartment on the first floor ($500 rent per month) and a 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor ($525 rent per month). The video shows the studio unit. The 1 BR is very similar in design, except that it features the additional room.
Both Apartments have a beautiful water view. Also, both units feature a natural gas forced hot air heating system. This system allows even distribution of heat throughout the apartment during the cold winter months. A refrigerator and gas stove are also included in both units.
Small dogs and cats may be allowed (subject to landlord approval).
Off street parking is not included. There is a coin operated washer and dryer available for use in the basement.
First and Last month’s rent are required to move in to either apartment.

Small space apartment is suitable for single person. Consider the affordability,safety and lifestyle you were into. Need not a lot of well equipped things.
